INSTRUCTIONS FOR RECEIVING AN EMAIL APPRAISAL REPORT

1. In order to receive a digital appraisal you must have a color printer for printing the pictures and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click on the icon below to install your free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Follow the installation instructions and your ready to go.
   
   
   
2. Upon receipt of the appraisal, click on the attached file in order to open it.
   
   
3. Next when asked what you would like to do with this file, click Open It, OK, and your appraisal will appear.
   
   
4. You're ready to print.
